Lockheed Martin Info Assurance Engineer Sr Stf in Ridgecrest, California

This position fulfills an Information Assurance (IA) technical lead role in support of the Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) Cyber Solutions Cyber Inside (CI) program. This leadership position is in direct support to the NAVAIR IT/Cyber Support Services program located at the Navy customer facility at China Lake, CA. LM has been selected by the Navy for the next five years to sustain the IT infrastructure in support of multiple Navy missions. This candidate will need demonstrated experience in policy development and enforcement, auditing and Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) processes, testing and analysis of IA controls and secure configuration using either the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), or Secure Configuration Compliance Validation Initiative (SCCVI).

This candidate will serve internal and external customers for security engineering, security architecture, assessments, and the path to Authorization and Accreditation (A&A). This candidate will provide the technical support to the C4USS Cyber & Security Solutions Team (CaS2T) by ensuring NAVAIR program management and other LM stakeholders are elated with 1) performance execution and delivery, and 2) the Navy customer achieves mission success milestones.

The selected candidate will identify technical and operational requirements to support the sustainment of secure solutions and evaluate security controls to ensure compliance with applicable RMF requirements and standards. The candidate will perform security activities necessary to support the A&A of software applications and evaluate system changes to assess their impact on security and the mission. The candidate must be able to operate with minimal direction in a dynamic customer focused environment while demonstrating excellent internal and external customer communication/relationship skills.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications Active Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Experience performing Cyber/IA activities in support of hardware, software and system requirements, design, development, testing and sustainment with aircraft and/or aircraft support equipment

Experience supporting Department of Defense (DOD) or Intel IA Programs.

Experience with employment of DoD IA requirements, policies, and processes to include certification and accreditation as part of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements.

Desired skills Some experience with Navy programs and Cyber/IA policies/procedures

Ability to provide guidance on DoD Cyber/IA regulations and requirements to senior customers, senior LM leaders, the program engineering staff and the IA Cyber Inside team.

Some experience with Secure Configuration/Hardening of DoD Information Systems.

Some experience with system audit configuration, capture, analysis, and risk reduction.
