Responsible POC for all incoming and outgoing items from the CLR Instrumentation & Data Systems Division including deliverables and non-deliverable items from contractors and those produced internally by the CLR Instrumentation & Data Systems Division. Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the CLR Instrumentation & Data Systems Division electronic library, provide support to department and division staff supporting ELIS, including tasks associated with: granting/removing access, adding new items, updating records, creating reports, user education, and converting existing hardcopy documents into the digital repository. Distribute data items for reviewer comments, tracking status, and providing comments to originator. Research and locate documents, as needed per request by CLR Instrumentation & Data Systems Division personnel to perform their assigned task. Track the status of incoming data items and those developed by the CLR Instrumentation & Data Systems Division. Provide status reports as requested on an as-needed basis.

Experience/Education RequiredA minimum of a high school diploma is required.
